Proofs:

Proofs are sent via email, using the wording and layout agreed in your order. Spelling and grammar will be correct to the best of my knowledge, however I am human and sometimes make mistakes! Please note that it is your responsibility for checking spellings and grammar, even more important if you have supplied your own wording. The Invite Shack will always diligently check wordings but if items are signed off with typos and subsequently printed, The Invite Shack takes no responsibility. If replacements are required, they will be charged for. No refunds will be given. Any changes required to the wording must be emailed and the proof rechecked and signed off.

Designs:

All stationery, artwork and designs are the copyright of The Invite Shack. All rights reserved. Any designs purchased from The Invite Shack are for personal use only. You may not re-sell any of my work.

Payment:

A deposit of 50% of the cost of your order is required prior to the design process proceeding. Or payment in full if the order is below £100. Payment is by bank transfer. Once I have received payment, I will confirm receipt and the design process begins. Full payment will be requested when the final proof has been agreed. Please note that no order will be dispatched until the full payment has been made.

Delivery:

The Invite Shack will post worldwide. Delivery to UK and Northern Ireland customers will be via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. (Excludes samples) If you require international shipping please contact me and a postage cost will be calculated based on your items ordered. If the parcel is delayed or lost The Invite Shack will do all possible to locate or replace the stationery and seek compensation itself from the party responsible. If, however, delay or loss of a stationery order results in it being useless for its original purpose The Invite Shack accepts no liability for any cost additional to that of replacements.

Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled up until the time of printing – before you agree your final proof, but there will be a fee for any time and/or expense incurred by The Invite Shack.

THE PEARLESCENT CARD IS AVAILABLE IN DIFFERENT COLOURS. YOU CAN ALSO CHOOSE THE OPTION TO HAVE ROUNDED CORNERS.
